Where we ship

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Processing and dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

• Metro QLD/NSW: 2–4 business days
• Other metro areas: 3–6 business days
• Regional and remote areas: 5–10 business days

Estimated dispatch and delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping rates

• Standard shipping: Free, Australia-wide.
• Express shipping: $14.95 flat rate.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.

Risk and delivery

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided. You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address is correct and that someone is available to receive the package. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by you.
