Mandatory ACL statement
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The benefits given under this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies you have under law in relation to the goods.

Certification scope
The certification of our eyewear to AS/NZS 1337.1:2010+A1:2012+A2:2018, Clause 3.3.1 (Medium Impact Resistance) applies to the product as supplied, in its original configuration, with the side-shield correctly fitted. Modifications, damage, or use outside the scope of the certification may void the certification claim and is not covered by this warranty.
How to make a warranty claim
Step 1 — Contact us: Email sales@zolare.com.au within the warranty period. Include your order number or proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect.
Step 2 — Assessment: We will respond within 5 business days. We may request that the product be returned for inspection. If a return is required, we will provide instructions and, where the claim is valid, cover return shipping.
Step 3 — Resolution: If the claim is approved, we will, at our discretion and where permitted by law, repair the product, replace it with the same or equivalent product, or refund the purchase price. The chosen remedy will reflect the nature of the failure in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Care recommendations
To preserve the function and appearance of your Zolare frame:
- Store the frame in the supplied rigid box or pouch when not in use.
- Clean lenses with the supplied microfibre cloth and a small amount of water or eyewear-specific cleaner.
- Avoid placing the frame lens-down on hard surfaces.
- Avoid leaving the frame in direct sunlight inside a vehicle for extended periods.
- Detach the side-shield before storing in the pouch to avoid pressure damage.
Limitations
To the extent permitted by law and subject to the Australian Consumer Law, Zolare is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from a defect in the product, including loss of profit, business interruption, or personal injury caused by misuse outside the certified scope.
